Merry Christmas- Some cookies for you!

I've spent the entire week baking about 200 cookies for my church friends. This year, I didn't buy any gifts. So I've decided to bake many different varieties of cookies for my new found friends. =]

Here's the recipe for those who are interested:

Ingredients:
butter, 120g
sugar, 60g
egg yolk, 1
vanilla oil a little (we use oil when baking, essence when otherwise)
flour, sifted 180g

1. Cream butter.
2. Add sugar and mix well.
3. Add egg yolk and vanilla oil.
4. Add flour and mix.
5. Make into a dough.
6. Refrigerate for 30mins to overnight to harden dough.
7. Use any cookie cutter for any desired designs
8. Bake for 10 to 15 mins, at 170 degrees.

Variations : Add anything, from cocoa, nuts, dried fruits to green tea powder, BEFORE you add
the flour.
