Children's Summer Camp, 20 to 21 July 08

Children's Summer Camp, 20 to 21 July 08

It's the time for summer camps again! Wahahahha..The weather outside olive was about 35 degrees. We tried to lower it to 27 degrees inside. heheheh...I was glad that a few of my English students could join this camp. Remember Mr. Nonogaki? His eldest son, Tomohiro has been attending cram school for several months. Super stressful. He's happy that he could escape for 2 full days to play. His younger brother Masahiro enjoyed so much that he told his dad that he would want to join next year's camp too!

I think the highlight of the camp was the activities section. The kids were divided into groups and they had to clear several stations which included fishing, making cookies, making mummies, forming human pyramids and others.

I was told that a few children gave their lives to Jesus during the bible study. That particular class was reading the '4 Spiritual Laws' booklet in Japanese. Isn't God great? =)
